Production facilities based on renewable energy resources consuming all of the produced energy without providing to transmission or distribution system, having the production and consumption point in the same location.

Unlicensed Energy Production regulation

The scope of this regulation, natural or companies  are exempt obtaining a license or setting up a company  for production facilities with an installed capacity of up to 1.0 MWe using renewable energy sources but unlicensed production for one’s own needs is essential.
